Astro Shield is an action packet game, where you are in charge of coordenating the planet's force field to defend it from outer space menaces; and all is done with the power of one finger!
| MY ROLE
Astro Shield was made as a mobile independent project, developed and published by a small team with the goal of creating a simple but fun game in a short period of time.
I was responsible for all design related tasks on the project, such as concepting, iterating on game mechanics, balancing the difficulty curves and UX design.
Programming: Before the rest of the team started working on the project, I created prototypes until I reached an idea that we were happy with. After that was settled, I went on programming all the gameplay and features for the game.
