Ancient Craft is a game where you have to make your way through history as you gather the necessary materials and craft important pieces of ancient technology!
| MY ROLE
Ancient Craft was started by a very small team at a Ludum Dare Game Jam. At the end of the jam we were very pleased with how the game turned out, so we decided to continue its development.
I was responsible for all the Game Design related tasks, from designing the initial concept, creating documentation, all the game play logic, difficulty curves, UX and Level Design.
Programming: The game has a fairly complex logic for the generation of pieces, deciding which piece will be swpawned where at what time, taking into consideration the current level, the materials currently needed and the current state of the game board (such as types of pieces placed and empty spaces). I was responsable for both designing and coding all that logic in C#.
